Internship Opportunities
Join 1EdTech as an intern and gain hands-on experience supporting real-world projects that advance educational technology innovation. We welcome high school, college, and early-career applicants interested in fields like edtech, IT, business, marketing, and more. Internships are remote-first, flexible, and paid.
Software & Product Support Intern
We're looking for an individual who is:
- Eager to learn and willing to ask questions
- Comfortable working on a remote team and available to participate in synchronous team meetings
- Proactive in taking the initiative on tasks
- Organized and detail-oriented
This role is designed for undergraduate students who want to explore careers in technology and product development. You’ll gain exposure to various activities—from light coding and reporting to documentation and teamwork. No advanced expertise is required—just some enthusiasm, a healthy curiosity, a willingness to learn, and a basic familiarity with commonly used tools.

Responsibilities
As an intern, you may:
- Update Web Styles: Make small edits to web pages using HTML and CSS (we’ll teach you what you don’t already know).
- Support Data Reporting: Help build simple data reports and charts with tools like Google Looker Studio.
- Capture User Needs: Sit in on team discussions with users, take notes, and help document what people want in new software features.
- Create Instructions: Write clear step-by-step guides or how-to documents for some of our products.
- Check Feature Documents: Review the planning documents for new features to ensure they include the necessary information; work with teammates to fill in gaps.
Tools You’ll Use
- Slack – team chat and quick messaging
- Google Docs and Google Sheets – writing and planning
- Jira – tracking tasks and new feature ideas (“user stories”)
- Confluence – organizing project documentation
Qualifications
Nice-to-have skills (not required—training provided):
- Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS and using a simple code editor.
- Experience making charts or graphs in Google Sheets, Excel, or other tools.
- Clear writing skills for guides and notes.
- Interest in technology, product design, or software development.
