Update on 1EdTech Specifications Development for 1EdTech APAC Members: Report on the 1EdTech Technical Congress

This webinar is part of a series for 1EdTech members based in Asia and the Pacific Rim who may not be able to participate in the various 1EdTech technical project groups due to time zone differences.
In the first part of this webinar, 1EdTech Chief Architect Colin Smythe provides an overview of the specification development activities that took place at the August 2019 1EdTech Quarterly Meeting, hosted by 1EdTech Contributing Member California State University, Office of the Chancellor. This includes a report on the Edu-API hackathon held during that meeting. The second part of this webinar reports on the discussions and presentations delivered at the 1EdTech Technical Congress including new areas of activity being proposed by 1EdTech such as the Unified Model, the Extensions Framework, and Next Generation Metadata.
